Short version: what an order needs, nothing else, and it is never sold.

What we collect

• When you order: your email, the name and shipping address you type, the piece and size you chose, and the amount paid. We need every one of those to print and post it.
• When you join The Shift Report: your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else.
• When you visit: anonymous page-view analytics with no cookie banner tricks and no advertising pixels. We do not run ads.

What we never see

Your card number. Payment is handled on a hosted Stripe checkout page operated by NanoCorp, the merchant of record. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount, and nothing more.

Who else gets it

• The print and fulfillment partner: your name, address and what to print.
• The carrier: your name and address, to deliver it.
• Stripe and NanoCorp: to take the payment and issue the receipt.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it.

How long

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax and chargeback rules require it. Shift Report addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted.
