FAQ

Plain answers

What are the blanks?

The tee is a heavyweight garment-dyed cotton, 6.1 oz, in black. The hoodie is a garment-dyed ring-spun cotton fleece pullover, also black. Both are the kind of blank a shop pays extra for, because a 4.5 oz shirt goes see-through after one summer.

How is it printed?

Direct to garment, one colour, on the chest. It goes into the fabric rather than sitting on it as a plastic patch, so it does not crack along a fold or peel at the shoulder.

How long until it arrives?

It is printed after you order it: 2 to 4 business days to print, then 2 to 5 business days in transit. See shipping.

Why is there only one price for every size?

Because charging a 3XL more for the same shirt is a way of saying who the shirt is for. Sizes S to 3XL all cost the same here.

Is shipping really free?

Inside the United States, yes, and it is already inside the price. No threshold, no code, no surprise at checkout.

Do I have to make an account?

No. There is no account and there never will be. You pick a size, type where it ships, pay by card, and you are done.

What if it does not fit?

Tell us within 30 days and we print the right size and ship it free, once per order. See returns and refunds.

Who is behind this?

A fourth-year pipefitter apprentice with commercial HVAC and refrigeration field time. Every design gets checked by someone who has done the call before it prints. See about.

Will you print manufacturer or union logos?

No. No equipment brands, no union marks, no league marks, nothing modified from someone else’s artwork. Every design here is ours and it stays that way.

Will there be hats, work shirts, more designs?

Yes, and they will show up in the drops as they are ready. There are six named collections and four pieces printed so far. The Shift Report is how you hear about the next one.
